How to Book a Charter

When you have decided on a date that you would like to book a charter, contact us so we can check availability. Once we have done this for you we will contact you to advise if the date/s and the cruise that you are booking is available and confirm the cost.
 
Payment

We require a 25% deposit upon confirmation of the booking. A charter cannot be confirmed until we have received the deposit which can be made via Bank Transfer. We will advise you of our Bank details when you notify us that you are ready to send the payment. The remaining balance can be paid anytime after including the day of the charter, prior to the cruise leaving.

*Cancellation

If you have to cancel your charter, you must notify us immediately either by phone (+30 6949 345954) or by email (bond@epicurusspeedboat.com).

Cancellations are subject to the following:

• Cancellations are subject to a 25% administrative fee. If the charter has been paid for in full and is cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to departure, then a 25% administrative fee and any addtional costs incurred by us to refund the payment will be applied and the remaining balance refunded.
  
• Cancellations that are 6 weeks or less before the charter are subject to a 25% administrative fee plus 50% of any additional monies paid.
  Cancellations that are 4 weeks or less before the charter are subject to a 25% administrative fee plus 75% af any addtional monies paid. 
  
• No refund in case of No Show.
  
• All charters are subject to weather and sea conditions, therefore we reserve the right to cancel or adapt the cruise as necesssary. If we need to cancel the cruise for reasons beyond our control, then we will offer an alternative date at the same cost or refund the cost in full. If in the event we have to return from a cruise early due to adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control, we will offer a further charter at a pro-rata equivalent or a pro-rata refund of the total cost paid. 

Pick Ups / Transfers

All of our charters will normally commence from a pre-arranged pick up point.
We are able to arrange pick ups and Private Transfers for guests that either do not have their own transport or do not wish to make their own way to the marina.
Our rates are very competitive and can be arranged from many of the main points on the island.
Please advise at the time of booking if you are interested in us arranging your transfer, so we can check availability and provide a quote.     
Alternatively, we may be able to arrange a pick up point from a marina or port closer to where you are staying. If this is possible we are happy to arrange this. There may be a small addtional fuel cost for this option. 

Gift Vouchers

The perfect gift!
What could be better than a contribution or full payment towards a memorable day out. An ideal gift for a birthday, to say 'Thank You', or why not spoil a special couple for their Engagement, Wedding or Anniversary. A unique gift that will ensure happy memories.

We are able to supply Gift Vouchers in denominations of 25 €. They are valid for 6 months use between the dates of 1st May - 30th October to coincide with the summer season. We do not operate outside these periods.
